WOW!!!...WaaaaaHoooooo!!!

Lost over 1.5lbs this week.
I did have chocolate last weekend also and I have STILL had a good weigh in, probably because for the rest of the week I eat ONLY Raw. Raw food DEFINITELY WORKS...I don't feel restricted or guilty with my food, IT'S GREAT!!
I also walked to school every day of this last week.















I now weigh 12stone 7lb.......YaaaaHoooo
I have been in the 12st's for WEEKS!! Now - Oh! 12st 7lb equates to 175lb.
I have now earned my 10% certificate from my Weight Watchers CD rom, I know I am not following the WWers plan but it is still nice to be able to earn certificates. I will have to print it off and put it on here.















I am now going to walk into town and YES I am going to have a little treat from the Sweet stall on the market.

LATER....We wallked to town and back and I have bought some Minstrels for myself...YUM! We also popped into the local supermarket on the way back and bought some healthy foods for my week ahead i.e. Avocado, Bananas, Cougettes. I am going to make Raw Pizza Bases with the Courgette's and some Courgette Crisps, they were lovely the last time I made them.

I might, MIGHT put the Christmas tree up this weekend, I wil let you know.
This last week I have been going through and cleaning my Bedroom, I have thrown loads of rubbish away, I am going to attempt to get it finished this weekend and deep clean the carpet.

I have my 10% certificate from the WWers CD rom but when I printed it off it didn't print very well....I NEED INK....Grrr. I will buy some in the next week or so and then I will reprint it and put it on here.

A bit of NEWS for you.
I have to go for a mammogram in a couple of weeks because I have a difference in my right breast. I have seen the doctor and he feels it best to have it investigated a tad further. He doesn't feel there is anything sinister and nor do I. I asked him if it could be age related, he giggled and said, "we all put things down to age". After the examination he said that he feels it could well be age related.
It has changed shape, NO LUMPS...PHEW!! I am having burning sensations and other little things happening, so, best to have it checked to be on the safe side. I will keep you informed about that one. My appointment isn't for another couple of weeks yet.
