Sorry I haven't been around lately folk. I have been rather depressed lately and haven't felt like blogging. I am on anti-depressants but the depression sure has had the upper hand BUT I have to say, things are feeling more back to normal, they are certainly getting there.
Now, I have put a video on here which I found to be very good, if you want to watch it then don't forget to CLICK ON THE LITTLE SPEAKER SYMBOL ON MY PHOTO ALBUM AT THE TOP LEFT CORNER TO STOP THE SONG PLAYING, then you will be able to hear the video.
Lunch time and I just could not be bothered to make anything huge. I remembered that I had some Bananas in the freezer so I decided to get them out and put them through my Samson Juicer and WOW! WOW! WOW! RAW ICECREAM!!
I have seen this done on You Tube a few times and folk have said it is like a Soft Scoop Icecream and......IT IS!! - It was so smooth, no Banana grittiness, it even melted like an Icecream. I'm not a huge fan of Icecream but this was....AMAZING!....SOFT SCOOP BANANA ICECREAM.
Any Fruit can be put through the Samson Juicer to create an Icecream. I will be trying more, thats for sure.
I tried my hand at making raw yogurt the other day, I will get a pic of it, it's rather good.

So glad you told what it was. It definitely did not look like banana anything on my computer. LOL Sorry you are going through a rough patch but it will not last. You are doing a great job with sticking with your healthy eating. I'm really proud of you. YOU ROCK!

Sorry you're going thru so much depression right now. I really believe that the weather has a lot to do with it.

I hope you're feeling better soon. Depression hurts....my hubby deals with it.
